James Heather - Invisible Forces[AHED034]

Contemporary pianist and composer James Heather releases his second album Invisible Forces via Ahead of Our Time, Ninja Tune founders Coldcut’s first record label. Influenced by the sensibility of electronic, ambient, orchestral and post-rock music but channelled through solo piano and his classical and jazz grounding.

His new album Invisible Forces follows on from his previous album Stories From Far Away on Piano which to date has garnered over 108 million streams and critically acclaimed ‘Modulations: EP2’. James has supporters across the musical spectrum from Laura Marling, Nils Frahm, Gilles Peterson and even Cillian Murphy, he has also had contributions to his works from the likes of Mary Lattimore, DJ Seinfeld, Sarah Davachi, Chihei Hatakeyama and more.
