The Pakistan Day Supperclub is a celebration of South Asian cooking traditions, seasonal produce and what it means to be Pakistani today. The three course sharing menu is playfully inspired by the dishes served at the Karachi Club, on the eve of Pakistan’s Independence. Each course is interwoven with poetry readings and personal accounts of the partition of South Asia.
